The successful candidate must have a passion for creating delicious desserts and pastries. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, design and prepare menu items in accordance with company standards.Apply excellent baking techniques and create innovative recipes.Ensure knowledge and compliance with food safety regulations.Demonstrate strong understanding of food costing, budgeting and nutrition principles.Demonstrate leadership when managing others in the kitchen and maintain professional culinary skills.Communicate effectively, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.QualificationsExperience as a pastry chef or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of desserts and pastries.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Organized with strong time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of food safety regulations and nutrition principles.Salary and BenefitsSalary: 1800 per month plus benefits package that includes health insurance, paid vacation days and more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
