The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking and pastry making.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating pastries, cakes, and desserts for our customers. Responsibilities include recipe development, ingredient preparation, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring a clean working environment. Additionally, you will handle supply orders and inventory management.Requirements include experience in baking sweets and desserts, knowledge of modern baking techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to food safety is essential. Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
