This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and operational management of lubricants, parts, and accessories, while working closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and product development. You will play a key role in supporting product lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth operational processes, and enhancing product performance across regional markets.Key Responsibilities:Support and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization for lubricants and parts & accessories.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.Coordinate product testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (ASTM, ISO, OEM standards).Monitor product performance and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare and present product concepts, development updates, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and management.Manage operational processes including order receiving through shipment dispatch coordination.Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.Maintain accurate documentation and operational data with high attention to detail.What We Are Looking For:A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product development, operations, or supply chain within the automotive or related industry.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with experience in ERP systems considered an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
