Our commitment to high standards ensures a secure and reliable trading environment.About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager for Forex at Vantage, you will drive growth by acquiring new clients/partners and expanding existing ones in the Forex / FX‑related segments. You will manage partner relationships (e.g. Introducing Brokers, Affiliates), identify market opportunities, provide strategic input, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver growth. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales drive, negotiation ability, and domain knowledge in Forex / CFDs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex and CFD markets.Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, and institutional partners.Negotiate and close high‑value deals to meet or exceed sales KPIs.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients aligned with company growth targets.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.Proficient in CRM tools; ability to use data / analytics for decision‑making.Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs, or White‑Label partners; existing networks / client base is a strong plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
