We are soon to reach 3 years of operation in Qatar and with a growing portfolio, we need to continue strengthening the team to support it too!The RoleWe are seeking an energetic, tenacious negotiator and a positive team player with a strong commercial mindset to join our team in Qatar. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy tackling challenges head-on, and believe in building genuine connections, then you are the perfect fit for us.As our Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of hotel, beach club, fitness and dining partnerships. Be our eyes and ears on the ground and deliver the insights HQ needs to support the growth and success of the region.Analyse fitness and lifestyle behaviours across both local and expat communities and use these insights to refine and grow our product.To identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of partners that align with long-term strategic goalsStay well-informed on all area developments and trends, and proactively respond to them with commercially sound solutionsProvide comprehensive and relevant insights continuously that contribute to business growthAssess market and competitor movementsRegularly analyze and share insights on competitors including their partnerships and activitiesManage and strengthen key partnershipsCultivate and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure retention and growthExplore opportunities to drive more value and improve relationships through out-of-the-box solutions that make business sense.Oversee daily operations at key partnersEnsure we run smooth operations and support partners at all timesShare operational insight on a regular basis with the Regional ManagerPersonalityHighly self-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities outside of a traditional office environmentCultivates authentic relationships with a strong desire for genuine connections.Reliable and responsive with the team and partnersSmart and passionate about supporting the team and achieving results.Applies meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a strong big-picture perspectiveDemonstrates strategic planning skillsExcels in conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.Analyses data and market trends effectively.RequirementsExperience:Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions.Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Skills and Competencies:Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management.Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations.Our CultureBy joining Privilee, you will be part of a passionate, dedicated and dynamic team; who are determined to create the ultimate lifestyle offering.
