With a strong global presence and a reputation for innovative trading solutions, we are expanding our Partnerships Department to strengthen relationships with key industry players and drive new business growth.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, fund managers, and other industry stakeholders. This position requires a well-connected professional capable of leveraging their network to deliver measurable growth and strengthen our presence across key markets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Acquire, manage, and grow partnerships with IBs, CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, and fund managers.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models) to maximize ROI.</li><li>Support partners through tailored marketing and business development initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance, and support) to ensure seamless partner experiences.</li><li>Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to expand the company’s network and strengthen brand visibility.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>+2 years of proven experience in the CFDs/Forex industry in a similar role.</li><li>Strong industry network with IBs, affiliates, and fund managers.</li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition and revenue targets.</li><li>Deep understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and partnership models.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally for business and events.</li><li>Multi-lingual proficiency and experience in emerging markets are strong advantages.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>Competitive base salary plus high-performance bonuses.
