The platform focuses on lifestyle and psychiatry programs while enabling partnerships with medical centers to provide treatment programs through the platform.</p><h3>The Team</h3><p>You’ll join a small but highly impactful team of professionals across KSA and Egypt. The culture is modern, collaborative, and learning-focused, and a growth-oriented mindset.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>Tashafy is looking for a Partnerships&Business Development Manager to lead the development and management of relationships with medical centers and healthcare providers.</p><p>The role will focus on building strategic partnerships with medical providers, developing treatment programs on the platform, and ensuring smooth operational collaboration between Tashafy and its medical partners.</p><p>In addition, the role will also support the commercial side of the platform by converting qualified leads into enrolled patients by presenting and selling Tashafy treatment programs.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify, approach, and build partnerships with medical centers and healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia and internationally.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration models with providers.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with partner medical centers to ensure successful collaboration.</li><li>Expand Tashafys provider network by onboarding qualified medical centers and clinics.</li><li>Identify opportunities to introduce new treatment programs and services.</li><li>Support initiatives related to medical tourism and international patient referrals.</li><li>Work with medical partners to develop and structure treatment programs offered through the Tashafy platform (e.g., addiction rehab, weight loss programs).</li><li>Ensure the programs meet quality and operational standards.</li><li>Coordinate between the marketing/media buying team and medical providers to ensure smooth lead handling.</li><li>Manage the operational process between the platform and partner centers.</li><li>Ensure providers are properly onboarded and integrated into the platform.</li><li>Build and manage a customer service or partnerships support team as the business grows.</li><li>Follow up with qualified leads generated by the marketing and media buying teams.</li><li>Present and explain Tashafy treatment programs to potential patients.</li><li>Guide patients through the program options and close program enrollments.</li><li>Coordinate between patients and partner medical centers to ensure smooth program placement.</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Medical background is required (Medical Representative, healthcare professional, or similar).</li><li>2-3 years of experience working with medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare providers.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare services and provider relations.</li><li>Experience in account management, partnerships, or healthcare sales.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare platforms or digital health services is a plus.</li><li>Travel may be required for provider meetings and partnership development.</li></ul><h3>What's On Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation in SAR or USD, tailored to experience and impact.</li><li>On-site work in KSA with a collaborative environment.</li><li>Opportunity to own growth marketing strategy from day one.</li><li>Work in a small, fast-moving team where your contribution directly affects company success.</li></ul><h3>Ready to join the team?</h3><p>If you thrive on building high-performing marketing funnels and wants to make a direct impact on students learning journeys, we’d love to hear from you.
