Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships and Corporate Offers Manager to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and brand partners. Your goal will be to create compelling corporate offers and exclusive deals that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our food delivery platform.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, negotiate, and assist in managing strategic partnerships with SMEs, MNCs, and financial institutions.Develop and manage corporate accounts, tailoring meal packages, subscription models, and exclusive discounts for businesses and their employees.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch partnership-driven campaigns, including co-branded promotions and seasonal offers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and corporate clients.Conduct market research and competitor analysis in Qatar to continuously innovate strategies.Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate sales, preferably in tech, food delivery, or FMCG.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).Knowledge of the Qatari market and local business culture.BenefitsGlobal collaboration and diverse team.Learning budgets and access to courses.Flexible time off and wellness policies.Autonomy and ownership culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
