Job Title: Partnership Program Manager – Enterprise Sales & Strategic AccountsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Program Manager with a strong IT background and technical understanding to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships in the Saudi market.This role requires a blend of business development expertise and technical acumen, enabling the candidate to understand client requirements, propose relevant software, SaaS, and digital solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success while driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and value-driven engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing enterprise client accounts with a focus on long-term value creationIdentify and develop new business opportunities across IT services, software, and SaaS solutionsDrive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closureBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracyUnderstand client business challenges and translate them into technical solution offeringsPromote and position IT solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation servicesLead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand account revenueAct as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored and scalable technology solutionsCollaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams for solution alignmentEngage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to influence business outcomesDrive client retention strategies and ensure high customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for market expansion and project growth within existing accountsSkillsey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales / Account Management in IT domainStrong experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) market is mandatorySolid understanding of software solutions, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and digital transformationProven ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutionsExperience in selling IT services, enterprise applications, or SaaS-based productsStrong track record in deal closure, client retention, and revenue growthExpertise in B2B negotiation and stakeholder engagementExperience working closely with technical/pre-sales teamsAbility to manage complex enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsCore CompetenciesEnterprise IT Sales & SaaS SolutionsAccount Management & Client RetentionTechnical Solution SellingStrategic Partnerships & Stakeholder EngagementPipeline Development & ForecastingNegotiation & Deal ClosureMarket Expansion & Growth StrategyCustomer-Centric & Value-Based Selling#J-18808-Ljbffr
