Job Description
The Partnership Officer will play a key role in expanding our business by cultivating and managing relationships with a diverse range of partners. This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesCreate a systematic, process-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship managementDevelop an on-boarding plan and certification program to the partners to be completed following the enablement and orientation sessionsCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement joint marketing, sales, and support initiatives.Collaborate with senior management, Business Development teams, and Strategy Manager to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships in MENARepresent ProgressSoft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build strategic relationshipsNegotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with ProgressSoft´s objectivesDevelop a "Partner Kit" and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure partners receive the appropriate materials including branding guidelines, product summaries and presentations as applicableWork in liaison with the Business Development member handling the assigned territory to align on partnership agreement scopes, quotas, products covered, exclusivity, etc.Maintain an ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, strategy, Product Development, and Operations, to support partnership initiatives and drive resultsIdentify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits in MENAProactively seek out new partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals, Business Development team's needs, and potentially complimentary products.Analyze potential partnerships to assess strategic fit, value proposition, and potential ROI.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging technologies and partners.Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnershipsAnalyze partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities to provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholdersRequirementsPossesses 3-5 years of experience in partnership management.Experienced in the IT and banking industry best practices, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.Excellent knowledge of local MENA payments infrastructure & industryProven track record of successfully developing and managing partnershipsAbility to track and analyze partnership performance.Ability to evolve in a complex environmentAbility to operate with complete independence and autonomyExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
