What we’re missing is someone who can represent us in business conversations, spot opportunities, and turn them into real partnerships.</p><p>This is not a passive role. It’s hands‑on, outward‑facing, and impact‑driven.</p><h3><b>What You Will Do</b></h3><ul><li><p>Identify, evaluate, and pursue business partnerships with enterprise partners, platforms, content networks, and technology providers.</p></li><li><p>Represent DeoVR in business sectors, industry events, conferences, and investor‑facing meetings.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Create and deliver pitch decks, partnership proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.</p></li><li><p>Work directly with leadership to define partnership strategy and prioritize high‑impact opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal teams to scope, structure, and execute partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Support fundraising‑related activities, including investor outreach, introductions, and follow‑ups.</p></li><li><p>Track partnership pipelines, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring clear ownership and execution.</p></li><li><p>Turn exploratory conversations into concrete agreements, pilots, or long‑term collaborations.</p></li><li><p>Contribute best practices and key findings to the company’s knowledge base.</p></li></ul><h3><b>What We Are Looking For</b></h3><ul><li><p>Proven B2B experience in partnerships or business development within tech, media, or platform‑driven businesses</p></li><li><p>Fluent English, with confidence in negotiations and senior‑level business conversations</p></li><li><p>Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear partner value</p></li><li><p>Proactive in identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, clients, and markets</p></li><li><p>Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and partner meetings</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow‑ups, and partnership outcomes</p></li></ul><h3><b>Bonus Points</b></h3><ul><li><p>Experience in streaming platforms, fundraising, tech, media.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Hiring Process</b></h3><ul><li><p>HR Screening (30 min)</p></li><li><p>HM Interview (45 min)</p></li><li><p>Case task (2-4 hours)</p></li><li><p>CEO Interview (45 min)</p></li></ul><p><b>💼Explore our hiring process</b></p><h3><b>What We Offer</b></h3><p>Please note: fully remote contract role.
