Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia to recruit a results-driven Partnership Manager who will lead the development and commercialization of strategic partnerships that drive new revenue streams beyond core retail operations. This role focuses on leveraging the company’s loyalty platforms, digital channels, customer base, and retail presence to create scalable business opportunities across multiple sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with overall commercial and growth objectivesIdentify, assess, and prioritize partnership opportunities across loyalty programs, retail media, gift cards, and enterprise solutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of partners across lifestyle, technology, financial services, and corporate sectorsCreate and scale loyalty points exchange collaborations with banks, airlines, fin-tech companies, and lifestyle brandsDesign earn-and-burn loyalty models that enhance customer engagement and external revenue generationCollaborate with loyalty, digital, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth partnership activationSecure non-traditional brand partnerships for in-store promotions, digital placements, and retail media campaignsDevelop co-branded marketing initiatives using customer insights and loyalty-driven targetingMonetize digital and physical media assets across mobile apps, websites, CRM platforms, and retail locationsLead enterprise gift card programs for corporate rewards, incentives, and employee recognitionManage commercial structures including pricing models, discounts, and contractual termsPrepare business cases, partnership proposals, and revenue forecastsLead negotiations while coordinating with legal, finance, and compliance teamsTrack partnership performance, revenue growth, KPIs, renewals, and partner satisfactionPrepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadershipRequirements8+ years in partnerships/commercial or revenue roles, with 3+ years in leadershipBachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fieldStrong negotiation, deal structuring, and commercial acumenExperience with loyalty programs, retail media, and revenue modelsStrong business case development and analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communicationResults-driven, strategic, and collaborative mindsetBenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
