Job Description

We are seeking a Partnership & Vendor Management Lead to manage strategic relationships with vendors, system integrators, technology partners, and service providers supporting a large-scale digital platform initiative.This role will ensure partners deliver against contractual commitments, architectural standards, and agreed business outcomes. You will work closely with product, project, architecture, procurement, legal, and operations teams to drive vendor governance, performance management, and commercial alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end vendor governance model, including operating cadence, KPIs, and escalation pathsManage relationships with strategic vendors, system integrators, and technology partnersTrack vendor performance against milestones, SLAs, and quality standardsCoordinate with procurement and legal teams on contracts, renewals, and change requestsDrive cross-vendor coordination for dependencies and integration pointsLead vendor performance reviews and service improvement plansEnsure compliance with governance requirements including security, documentation, and handover obligationsSupport onboarding and evaluation of new partners and technology providersMaintain visibility of vendor-related risks and elevate with mitigation plansIdentify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and improved commercial modelsStrong vendor and partner management experience in multi-vendor environmentsUnderstanding of technology delivery contracts, SLAs, and governance frameworksAbility to balance commercial, delivery, and relationship management prioritiesStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to interpret technical delivery topics and coordinate with engineering teamsExcellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skillsPreferred Background7+ years in vendor management, partner management, procurement support, or governance rolesExperience working with technology vendors, system integrators, or managed service providersFamiliarity with contract-based delivery models and performance metricsExposure to regulated environments with strong governance requirementsExperience collaborating with legal, procurement, architecture, and operations teamsPreferred ToolsExcel, Power BI, MS ProjectMicrosoft Teams, PowerPointSoft SkillsStrong negotiation and relationship management capabilityAbility to manage complex stakeholder discussions and resolve conflictsStructured thinking and disciplined executionCommercial awareness with delivery focusClear and confident executive communicationHigh ownership mindset balancing partnership and governance#J-18808-Ljbffr
