OverviewThe Partner Success Account Executive plays a key role in supporting Snoonu’s restaurant partners by providing continuous commercial guidance. This role operates within a centralized portfolio management model, where executives collaboratively support a large base of restaurant accounts rather than managing individually assigned portfolios. The team focuses on handling inbound merchant inquiries, conducting proactive outreach, and helping partners optimize their performance on Snoonu. The role involves a mix of inbound support (responding to partner inquiries) and outbound engagement (proactive partner outreach), with executives operating as part of a centralized support structure covering a large and dynamic restaurant portfolio.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for restaurant partners across multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emailProvide timely and professional responses to partner inquiries related to platform usage, menu management, promotions, advertising opportunities, and account performanceGuide newly onboarded partners through platform features and best practices to help them succeed on SnoonuSupport partners with payment-related inquiries by coordinating with internal stakeholders when neededHandle escalations and manage challenging merchant conversations with professionalism and empathyEnsure partner concerns are properly documented and followed up internally until resolutionMaintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Content, and TrainingProactively reach out to partners to share recommendations on improving visibility, order volumes, and overall performanceEducate partners on available growth tools such as campaigns, offers, and menu optimizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, call centers, or commercial roles are encouraged to applyFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound interactions in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsEnergetic, adaptable, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyInside Snoonu’s UniverseSnoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
