Join our Digital Industry as the Partner Sales Manager and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.You’ll make an impact byAchieving Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets within the assigned region/customers.Generating and implementing initiatives for the sales of the complete DI portfolio through channels.Generating and implementing customer development plans for existing and new channels.Maintaining and managing existing customers in the region while creating brand awareness for Siemens Channels.Regularly updating customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.Implementing electronic order processing with assigned customers throughout the region.Actively promoting CS portfolio elements throughout the region to maximize Life Cycle Business with assigned customers.Increasing Customer Satisfaction.Your success is grounded inBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.5-6 years of experience in account management, customer‑facing sales or a similar role.Strong knowledge of product sales including DCS, PLC, VFDs and instrumentation.Knowledge of the Cyber portfolio as an added advantage.Experience in digitalization, cybersecurity and value selling.Willingness to travel within the UAE.Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain ecosystems and market landscape.You’ll benefit from2‑3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.Diverse and inclusive culture.An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging.The foundation to develop personally and professionally.Extraordinary variety of learning and development opportunities.Transform the everyday with usWe value your outstanding identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
