<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>The Acquisition Development Manager will focus on the strategic acquisition and activation of new partnerships. They are responsible for mapping the competitive landscape and seeking partners who align with Qashio’s revenue objectives. By guiding new partners through the initial onboarding and first‑deal cycles, they ensure a seamless transition from prospect to high-performing channel ally, driving immediate impact on top‑line growth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Execute a high‑volume outreach strategy to build a robust pipeline of prospective partners, successfully pitching Qashio’s unique value proposition to key decision‑makers.</li><li>Manage the entire partnership sales cycle, from initial discovery and business case development to the final negotiation and execution of commercial agreements.</li><li>Lead the initial onboarding process by providing partners with the sales training, product expertise, and marketing collateral required to represent Qashio effectively in the field.</li><li>Facilitate collaborative workshops with new partners to identify "low‑hanging fruit" and high‑value opportunities within their existing customer databases.</li><li>Support partners in their first sales cycles by participating in client meetings, assisting with demos, and providing expert technical support needed to close early deals.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>At least 3 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment.</li><li>Solid experience and exposure to sales of software and accounting/expense management systems is a big advantage.</li><li>Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.</li><li>Relationship management skills and a can‑do attitude when presented with challenges.</li><li>Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Demonstrated experience, exposure and interest in the FinTech space; preferably having worked directly with a FinTech company.</li><li>In‑depth understanding of FinTech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems would be a plus.</li></ul><p>Please get in touch for full details!</p><p>Job Details:<br/>Role Level: Not Applicable<br/>Work Type: Full‑Time<br/>Country: United Arab Emirates<br/>City: Dubai<br/>Company Website: https://qashio.com/<br/>Job Function: Sales<br/>Company Industry/ Sector: Financial Services</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
