Job Description

We are looking for a Riyadh-based Marketing Manager on a part-time or freelance basis to support our business growth across the real estate, construction, and engineering consultancy sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with relevant industry experience who can strengthen our market presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and position our services effectively within the private sector. The successful candidate should have prior exposure to similar business activities and be capable of turning technical service offerings into clear, credible, and commercially strong marketing messages.Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with business growth objectivesStrengthen the company’s market positioning and brand visibility within real estate, construction, and engineering sectorsCreate and refine clear marketing messages, value propositions, and service positioningManage and improve the company website to support lead generationDevelop service pages, landing pages, and clear call‑to‑action contentPrepare and manage case studies, project highlights, and capability statementsPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platformsManage SEO, paid search, display campaigns, and remarketing activitiesLead LinkedIn content planning and thought leadership campaignsCreate and oversee marketing content including presentations, brochures, company profiles, and digital materialsSupport targeted B2B outreach campaigns to developers, investors, hospitality groups, and private asset ownersCoordinate lead generation initiatives and marketing funnelsSet up and manage CRM tracking for leads, opportunities, and campaign performanceSupport proposal positioning and marketing input for business development opportunitiesIdentify relevant industry events, forums, and networking opportunities and support company participationTrack and report on key marketing KPIs including leads, conversions, campaign performance, and return on investmentProvide practical recommendations to improve lead quality, visibility, and market reachSkillsProven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar roleStrong background in real estate, construction, engineering consultancy, or related sectorsDemonstrated experience in marketing similar services and activitiesStrong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generationExperience in digital marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and website-driven campaignsExperience preparing marketing collateral, case studies, and business presentationsAbility to work independently and deliver results in a part‑time or freelance capacityStrong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business growthGood understanding of private sector client acquisition and professional services marketingRiyadh‑based candidate preferredExperience in the Saudi market is strongly preferredArabic language is an advantagePreferred ProfileExperience marketing engineering design, project management, supervision, PMO, or asset‑related servicesAbility to position technical services in a commercially compelling wayFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or ZohoStrong writing, presentation, and communication skillsEngagement TypePart‑time or freelance roleRiyadh‑basedSuitable for a hands‑on marketing professional who can both plan and execute#J-18808-Ljbffr
