<div><p>We are looking for a Part‑time Chemistry Tutor for High School and Higher Secondary Students.</p><h3>Education Consultant Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Academic Support:</b>Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.</li><li><b>Homework Assistance:</b>Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.</li><li><b>Progress Monitoring:</b>Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.</li><li><b>Assessment Reports:</b>Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance, areas for improvement, and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.</li><li><b>Mentorship:</b>Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.</li><li><b>Collaboration:</b>Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.</li><li><b>Parent Communication:</b>Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.</li><li><b>Professional Development:</b>Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by the company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.</li><li><b>Engagement:</b>Conducting engaging and interactive tutoring sessions, both in-person and online; maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
