This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure within a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment while working alongside experienced practitioners on complex regional and cross-border matters.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within the legal field.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to lawyers and legal teams.Assist with legal research, document preparation, and case file management.Draft correspondence and format legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support client communications where required.Maintain both physical and digital filing systems in line with firm protocols.Support court filings, regulatory submissions, and procedural requirements.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.Candidate ProfilePrior legal internship or administrative experience within a professional services environment will be viewed favourably.Arabic speaker is essential, with professional-level English required.Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification required.Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.Strong foundation in Law and Legal Document Preparation.Proficiency in Research and Document Review skills.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience in working within teams on legal cases.Familiarity with Qatari legal systems and procedures is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
