To assist the conservation team by carrying out essential cleaning and maintenance of archival documents, safeguarding their condition and preparing them for subsequent digitization and preservation stages.Key Result AreasPerform routine cleaning of documents, including removal of dust, dirt, and staples.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of documents and storage areas.Follow instructions and guidance from the supervisor for proper handling and maintenance.Ensure timely completion of assigned cleaning tasks.Report any document damage or issues observed during cleaning to the supervisor.QualificationsMust have completed high school education.Completion of a two-year diploma program after high school is required.Good command of the English language for understanding instructions.Demonstrates discipline, commitment, and ability to learn new tasks.Detail-oriented with accuracy in task execution.Punctual and adheres to work schedules and workplace ethics.Ability to perform basic document cleaning tasks such as dust removal and staple extraction.No prior experience required; on-the-job training and supervision provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
