Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.We are seeking an experienced Panel Builders Channel Engineer to develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA.What You’ll DoDevelop and lead the strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSADefine and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in KSA, to drive channel effectiveness, support to achieve the country targetManage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teamsDevelop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for performance improvementWeekly pipeline review with the panel builders in coordination with the sales teamSupport the team in demand creation for Eaton channel partnersWork with the product managers Arrange panel builder trainings in coordination with the product managers and application engineering teamsEarly engagement with the panel builders to maximize Eaton chances in winning jobsIdentify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targeted segments and ensure channel targets are metCoordinate with Sales, and pricing team for project specific commercial supportDefine with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments, etc.) and ensure they are achieved, implement regular follow‑up mechanism and related support actionsCoordinate with the Panel Builders for smooth execution of projectsRepresent Eaton along with Panel Builders for any Project delivery discussions/review with customersSupport the initiative of Localization as neededAssessment of the existing panel builders, recommend actions and development plansQualificationsBachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering7+ years experience leading and managing Panel Builders channels business in KSA or Gulf regionElectrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experienceSkillsGood presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs, MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems and AssembliesStrong analytical and communication skillsShould be willing to travel frequently to KSAAbility to understand & guide the Panel Builders for process improvementsThorough hands on experience in End to End Project execution of LV Switchgear including Estimation, Design & AssemblyFluent in English.
