They are responsible for meeting the target quota set by the Project and Field Manager during the recruitment process. Ensuring the ongoing engagement of Panelists and encouraging regular scanning of their shopping trips are among their primary duties. Their main objective is to provide comprehensive information about the KWP Panel and the company to the Panelists. They are entrusted with the responsibility of assisting Panelists and maintaining the positive image of the company. The following are their key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>New Recruitments:<ul><li>Sourcing and recruiting potential Panelists based on the specific target criteria.</li><li>Making field visits to panelists’ households to onboard and train the Panelists.</li><li>Gathering demographic data as per the provided script and finalizing the recruitment process. This may involve visiting Panelist households at their convenience to ensure accurate information.</li><li>Introducing Panelists to the purpose and significance of their participation, aiming to spark their interest and willingness to join the Panel.</li><li>Assisting Panelists in troubleshooting by demonstrating the functionalities of the PanelSmart App. Additionally, directing them to the company website for further information about the organization.</li><li>Providing thorough guidance on how to scan products and effectively share the collected data.</li></ul></li><li>Panel Engagement Activities:<ul><li>They are excellent listeners, engaging regularly with Panelists, showing empathy, and working proactively to resolve issues. They remain calm under pressure, even when dealing with frustrated or discouraged Panelists, and maintain a positive attitude to ensure every interaction ends on a better note.</li><li>They have a strong understanding of the PanelSmart App (or equivalent tools), enabling them to guide Panelists through the platform and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.</li><li>They handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and helpful responses to all questions or concerns. They use de‑escalation skills when dealing with dissatisfied Panelists, offering patient and solution‑oriented support.</li><li>They clearly communicate company services, processes, and policies, ensuring Panelists understand the benefits and opportunities available to them.</li><li>They regularly review Panelist data using GPM (Global Panel Management), provide updates when necessary, and ensure information is always accurate.</li><li>They may conduct occasional household visits to offer training on new software, links, or platform updates, and to reinforce the importance of the Panelists’ contribution.</li><li>They monitor engagement quality, checking receipt submissions and providing feedback to correct scanning mistakes or inconsistencies.</li><li>They help motivate Panelists to participate consistently in activities such
