The role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coatings, and ensuring finished products meet required specifications.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces, mask components, and apply paint/coating using spray guns or brushes.Mix paints and match colors as required.Inspect finished surfaces and correct any defects.Follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards.Maintain tools and equipment properly.Requirements:High school or vocational qualification in a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of painting/coating experience.Knowledge of automotive paint processes and color mixing.Basic English communication skills.Ability to work independently and under deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
