Job descriptionDepartment : Aftersales Location : KSA Reports To : After Sales Dept.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail oriented Paint Mixer to join our aftersales department. The Paint Mixer will be responsible for accurately mixing paints and ensuring that the correct color and consistency is achieved for vehicle refinishing (This role is crucial for maintaining high quality standards with our Clients).Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure and mix paint and related materials according to specified formulas and guidelines.Ensure consistency in color and finish by coordinating with Paint Technicians.Maintain accurate records of paint formulations and usage.Select the appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for each paint job.Conduct quality checks on mixed paints to ensure compliance with company standards.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the paint mixing area.Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking of paint supplies.Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive refinishing is a plus.Previous experience as a Paint Mixer or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.Knowledge of paint types, mixing techniques, and color matching and strong attention to details.Excellent color perception and an understanding of color theory.Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a paint mixing environment.Ability to work fast and manage time effectively.Fluent in English (spoken and written).#J-18808-Ljbffr
