A lot has changed since our launch in 2013, but something that will forever remain at the core of Huda Beauty is our focus on business excellence and our unwavering passion for kindness!Summary: As a Paid Media Content Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of delivering high-performing paid media content. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and optimizing digital content through strong processes, clear briefings, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A core part of the role is analysing creative performance to understand what is working and what is not, applying a mindset of continuous improvement, and building a scalable paid media content system that consistently delivers best-in-class creative across paid channels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Digital Content Planning & BriefingAnticipate upcoming paid media campaigns and proactively plan digital content needs across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Develop clear, actionable creative briefs informed by historic performance, platform trends, and campaign objectivesBrief content requirements for shoots, influencers, creators, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with paid media needsContent Development & Creative Process ManagementOwn and continuously improve the content development process for paid media, ensuring efficient collaboration between internal editors, creative designers, and production teamsManage and collaborate with external content creators, agencies, and freelancers to scale output and deliver best-in-class paid media creativeEdit and adapt content specifically for paid media placements, formats, and best practicesEnsure content is optimized for performance while remaining on-brand and visually compellingApproval & Delivery ManagementManage content approvals with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely sign-offOrganize and deliver paid media-ready assets to the Paid Media team in a structured and efficient mannerPerformance Analysis & OptimizationMonitor content performance across paid media channels to identify opportunities for improvementRe-edit, iterate, and refresh existing content to extend performance and reduce creative fatigueSupport A/B testing initiatives to understand what drives engagement, conversion, and scaleTesting & InnovationPartner with the Paid Media manager to run structured creative tests and experiments, informed by creative insights, best practices, and recommendations from platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTubeApply learnings to continuously evolve content frameworks and raise the creative barContribute ideas that challenge norms and help create best-in-class, disruptive paid media contentCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Paid Media, Influencer, Marketing, Creative, Production, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignmentAct as a connection point between content creation and media execution, ensuring creative aligns with paid media needsRequirements5 years of experience in content development, creative strategy, paid media creative, or performance-focused creative rolesStrong understanding of paid social platforms and how creative impacts performanceHands-on experience editing content for digital and paid media formatsExperience working with influencers, UGC, creator-led content or creative agencies is a strong plusData-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into creative improvementsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyPassion for beauty, trends, and digital-first storytellingBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
