Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions – Net2Source Inc.Job Title: Paediatric PhysiotherapistLocation: DubaiWe are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist who can independently manage a varied caseload while working in a collaborative, child-centered environment focused on evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed physiotherapy evaluations including movement analysis, functional assessment, and physical examinations.Design goal-oriented treatment programs tailored to each child’s needs.Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, gait and posture training, and structured exercise programs.Track progress and adjust rehabilitation plans to ensure optimal results.Guide families with practical home strategies and education to support continued development.Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with local healthcare regulations.Work collaboratively with therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.Contribute to service development, system improvements, and clinical discussions.Help foster a positive, engaging, and safe therapy setting.Ensure adherence to professional standards, organizational policies, and confidentiality protocols while working under departmental leadership.Experience & Qualifications:Experience supporting children with developmental delays, neurological diagnoses, or physical disabilitiesBackground in multidisciplinary paediatric environmentsAdditional certifications or CPD training (e.g., neurodevelopmental techniques or related specializations)Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s degree advantageous)Valid DHA license to practice in DubaiCurrent professional registrationMinimum 2 years’ post-qualification clinical experience (pediatric, neurological, or musculoskeletal settings) About Net2Source Inc.Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.
