Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Principal to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar.We are looking for someone to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Principal, ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the Principal’s office. You will act as a key liaison between the Principal, school leadership, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effectively and confidential matters are handled with discretion.The role:We seek an individual to join as a Personal Assistant to the Principal where your focus will be:Providing full administrative and organisational support to the PrincipalManaging the Principal’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and school eventsPreparing agendas, briefing materials, reports, and presentationsManaging incoming communications and ensuring timely responsesMaintaining accurate records of meetings, actions, and follow-upsActing as the first point of contact for the Principal’s officeCoordinating communication between the Principal and internal and external stakeholdersDrafting correspondence, announcements, and formal communicationsOrganising and coordinating meetings, leadership briefings, and school eventsSupporting the planning and logistics of school events and leadership visitsMaintaining organised filing systems and key documentationSupporting governance, reporting, and administrative processesAssisting the Senior Leadership Team with coordination of priorities and key actionsThe Successful Candidate will possess:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3–5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative roleExperience working in a school or education environment (desirable)Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh level of discretion and professionalismAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently while supporting a busy leadership teamStrong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholdersNord Anglia Education is the world’s leading international schools organisation.
