<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Executive&Personal Support</h3><ul><li>Provide direct administrative and personal support to the Owner on a daily basis</li><li>Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across business and personal commitments</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation with the highest level of discretion</li><li>Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries</li><li>Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation</li></ul><h3>2. Communication&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate follow-ups on key actions, ensuring timely execution of directives</li><li>Liaise with senior management and ensure alignment with the Owner’s priorities</li><li>Draft professional communications on behalf of the Owner</li></ul><h3>3. Household&Domestic Staff Management</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage all domestic workers within the household</li><li>Prepare schedules, duty rosters, and task allocations for household staff</li><li>Handle HR-related responsibilities for domestic workers, including:</li><li>Payroll management</li><li>Leave tracking and approvals</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day household operations</li><li>Manage all government-related processes, including:</li><li>Visa applications and renewals</li><li>Emirates ID processing</li><li>Immigration and labor-related documentation</li><li>Trade license renewals and company documentation</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external service providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit regulatory filings and maintain proper documentation</li><li>Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities</li></ul><h3>5. Corporate Governance&Compliance Support</h3><ul><li>Support in maintaining compliance with corporate governance requirements</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to applicable laws</li><li>Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and legal documentation</li><li>Act as a liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and management when required</li></ul><h3>6. Administrative&Office Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and databases</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping standards</li><li>Assist in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field</li><li>Minimum<b>4–7 years</b>of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant</li><li>Experience supporting<b>senior executives, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals</b>preferred</li><li>Prior experience handling<b>domestic staff management and PRO activities</b>is highly desirable</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Familiarity with UAE government procedures and regulatory processes</li><li>Ability to manage both<b>corporate and personal environments seamlessly</b></li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Someone who can operate with<b>trust, professionalism, and ownership</b></li><li>Comfortable working in a<b>fast-paced, high-responsibility environment</b></li><li>Able to balance<b>business priorities with personal and household needs</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
