Al Shohub Private School was founded in 1999 by Her Highness Sheikha Shaikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan to provide exceptional education in Abu Dhabi. The large majority of our students are Emiratis. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.ResponsibilitiesMain Duties:To welcome visitors to our school and deal with queries from families, visitors, staff and children.To support the administration and organisation of trips and visits.To maintain staff files and records, including payroll.To facilitate the transfer of documents to and from Aldar HQ.To support the recruitment process including taking up references for new staff.To line manage the work of the other admin staff.To maintain with accuracy the school database including parent portal, engage and MIS.Supporting the receptionist at busy times.To follow the school EHS guidelines and all school (policies and procedures as detailed by the school.To take responsibility for the following SOPs (Standard Operating Processes) as part of the Aldar Academies Admissions and Registration processes in line with RACI - A00003, A00008, , A00019, A00034, A00035, A00041, A00043, A00044, R00014, R00018QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum diploma / degree of higher education; or Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).5+ Years’ Experience in similar roleJob Specific Knowledge & SkillsTo be approachable, professional, calm and knowledgeableTo be able to deal professionally with a range of stakeholdersTo be able to prioritise work load.To be IT literateTo be an excellent and efficient administratorTo be able to maintain confidentialityTo be able to think ahead and use initiativeThis job description is not all inclusive.
