Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue of responsibility, supervising floor operations efficiently in accordance with the established F&B concept and hotel standards, ensuring operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability, and assigning responsibilities to team members and periodically checking their performance.QualificationsWhat We Need From You: Ideally, you\'ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resortExcellent communication skillsExtensive knowledge and experience in diverse F&B venues is an advantageStrong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken EnglishAdditional language is an added advantageStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitaskWhat We OfferWe’ll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.Join us and you’ll become part of the global IHG family.
