Job Description

Delivering seamless shift operations through customer-focused service excellence and proactive team supervision while supporting management in driving outstanding guest satisfaction and maintaining consistent F&B standards.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee the operation/section to maintain service standardsCheck on employees discipline grooming standards and punctualityCheck on guests satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback and follow-upPerform opening and closing duties as assignedAssist the Assistant Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to restaurant employeesAssist in employees development counselling and resolving staff conflictReport any complaints incidents or any other irregularities to ManagementEnsure that operating equipment is maintained and service and storage areas are kept safe and cleanHelp minimize waste neglect breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipmentsCarry out light cleaning and maintenance of the pantry areaMonitor quality of food and beverage products in every orderTo ensure that guests receive the attention and service they requirePerform trainer tasks and conduct training for all staff as assigned by Restaurant Manager / Assistant ManagerTo motivate coach and project a positive attitude at all timesHelp manage employees performance appraisals and performance logsAble to account and handle cash effectively efficiently with integrity and follow established and proper accounting procedures.Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the HotelAssist other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when neededQualifications : Minimum 2 - 3 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a 5 star luxury operation environmentHotel Restaurant Management graduateExcellent reading writing and oral proficiency in EnglishExperienced in all aspects of restaurants serviceMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all timesExcellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse staffRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills English,Academics,Customer Service,IT Software,Chemical,ERP Experience: years Vacancy: 1
