Our All Day Dining outlet is a key touchpoint for guests and the Outlet Manager plays a vital role in delivering consistent excellence.The Outlet Manager All Day Dining is responsible for the overall operation performance and guest experience of the outlet. This role leads the service team ensures operational excellence drives revenue and upholds Fairmont and Accor brand standards at all times.What You Will Be Doing:Lead and manage the daily operations of the All Day Dining outletEnsure exceptional guest experience through personalized and proactive serviceRecruit train develop and motivate the service team in line with Fairmont valuesPrepare duty rosters manage attendance and control labor costsMonitor quality service standards hygiene and cleanliness across the outletDrive revenue through upselling promotions and guest engagementHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptlyEnsure compliance with food safety health and safety regulationsCollaborate closely with Culinary Stewarding and other departmentsManage inventory cost control and operational expensesImplement Accor initiatives brand standards and SOPsQualifications : Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 35 years of experience in Food & Beverage with at least 12 years in a managerial roleLuxury hotel or international brand experience preferredStrong operational knowledge of All Day Dining conceptsExperience in managing large teams and high-volume operationsYour Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skillsGuest-centric mindset with excellent service recovery skillsFinancial acumen including labor and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced multicultural environmentFlexible with working hours including weekends and public holidaysAdditional Information : Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.
