Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.</p><p>In these facilities we’re building the future of customer service, as we work towards becoming Earth's most customer‑centric company. This is your chance to make history with us.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>You’ll need to safeguard your team’s safety, promoting Amazon’s Health and Safety standards.</li><li>You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems.</li><li>You’ll uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality.</li><li>You’ll maintain inventory accuracy.</li><li>You’ll strive to improve and streamline processes.</li><li>You’ll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network.</li></ul><h3>Core Responsibilities Will Include</h3><ul><li>Daily follow up with vendors on onboarding process.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding process with our external contractor.</li><li>Incentive management.</li><li>Uniform auditing and inventory.</li><li>Daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed.</li><li>Handling DS callouts on day‑to‑day topics related to DSP DAs.</li><li>Arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school or equivalent.</li><li>Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.</li><li>Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.</li></ul><p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.</p><p>If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit https://amazon.jobs/content/en/how-we-hire/accommodations for more information.
