This role involves diagnosing and treating conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical acumen, excellent surgical skills, and a passion for patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of ENT disorders</li><li>Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures as deemed necessary</li><li>Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients</li><li>Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to enhance patient care</li><li>Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and preventative healthcare</li><li>Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care</li><li>Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Otolaryngology through continuing education and research</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school</li><li>Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program</li><li>Board certification in Otolaryngology is preferred</li><li>Active medical license to practice</li><li>Experience in clinical practice as an Otolaryngologist is desirable</li><li>Strong surgical skills in ENT procedures</li><li>Excellent communication abilities and patient interaction skills</li><li>A collaborative approach to working in a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Commitment to continuous education and professional growth</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Training&Development</li><li>Performance Bonus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
