OSS / Tools Administrator

We are seeking a skilled OSS / Tools Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise monitoring and management tools, specifically ManageEngine modules and AppDynamics. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, configuration, and administration of these tools to support IT, network, and application performance monitoring across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Administer, configure, and maintain ManageEngine modules including:OpManager Plus - Network monitoring and performance managementEndpoint Central - Endpoint management and patchingSecured Gateway Server - Secure remote access managementEventLog Analyzer Central & Managed - Log management, auditing, and complianceManage and optimize AppDynamics APM tool for application performance monitoring, including dashboards, alerts, and reporting.Monitor system health, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issuesCollaborate with IT, network, and application teams to configure monitoring, reporting, and automation workflows.Maintain user roles, access permissions, and security within the tools.Perform regular upgrades, patching, and backup/recovery procedures for ManageEngine and AppDynamics environments.Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior management and operations teams.Troubleshoot integration issues with other IT systems and tools.Provide training and documentation for end-users and IT staff on tool functionalities.Implement best practices and governance policies for tool usage.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience administering ManageEngine modules and AppDynamics.Strong understanding of network, server, and application monitoring concepts.Experience in alerting, threshold configuration, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management frameworks.Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Certifications:ManageEngine Certified Professional (MCP)AppDynamics Certified Associate / ProfessionalITIL Foundation v4Desired Attributes:Detail-oriented and process-driven.Proactive in identifying and resolving monitoring gaps.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Inretested share your resume to /8688322632#J-18808-Ljbffr
