Job Description Your role:
You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and influencing the brands reputation across various digital platforms and AI-driven ecosystem. Your focus will be on real-time sentiment intelligence, proactive risk identification, and maintaining brand trust by providing timely, meaningful, and insight-led responses. This role involves rotational shifts with a mix of remote and office-based hours, ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced digital environments and can manage real-time brand perception with high accuracy, empathy, and analytical clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand mentions across social media, forums, blogs, review sites, and AI-driven discovery channels like AI answer engines and zero-click search.
- Engage in real-time response management to user feedback, complaints, or conversations to shape a positive brand perception.
- Identify, analyze, and categorize sentiment and narratives using social listening and AI-powered monitoring tools.
- Build positive engagement by actively participating in relevant conversations and maintaining brand presence.
- Detect early risk signals, escalate potential issues based on predictive indicators, and flag critical mentions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and swift escalation of high-risk cases.
- Utilize social listening or reputation intelligence tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meltwater, etc., to track trends, keywords, and sentiment patterns.
- Leverage analytics dashboards to derive insights on reputation drivers, recurring themes, and platform-level signals.
- Track brand health metrics and prepare regular reputation insights reports.
- Recommend strategies for improving brand sentiment and experience based on data-backed insights.
- Participate in ideation and support content strategies that enhance digital trust and authenticity.
Qualification Required:
- Proactive and detail-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the capability to manage real-time brand perception effectively.
- Experience in social media monitoring, brand reputation management, or related fields will be advantageous.
