<div><p>We are looking for a highly skilled<b>Organizational Development (OD) Manager</b>to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business transformation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and maintain<b>organizational structures</b>, including<b>organization charts</b>and<b>salary scales</b>.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor<b>SLA frameworks</b>for HR and organizational processes.</li><li>Lead<b>transformation programs</b>to improve efficiency, culture, and business performance.</li><li>Manage and coach the HR/OD team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Lead<b>succession planning</b>, talent development, and<b>learning&development (L&D)</b>initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement<b>policies and procedures</b>to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.</li><li>Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption across all levels.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>5–7 years of relevant experience</b>in organizational development, HR, or related fields.</li><li>Experience in<b>working with mid to large organizations (1000+ employees)</b>.</li><li>Proven expertise in<b>organizational design, salary structures, and HR policy development</b>.</li><li>Strong experience in<b>succession planning, learning&development, and transformation programs</b>.</li><li>Ability to manage and<b>develop high-performing teams</b>.</li><li>Knowledge of<b>SLA frameworks</b>and how to implement them.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li><b>Flexible</b>,<b>adaptable</b>and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluent or Professional spoken in both<b>English&Arabic</b></li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience in change management and organizational transformation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS and organizational management tools.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
