<div><p><b>Role purpose</b></p><p>The Organization Development Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational structures, performance management systems, workforce planning processes, and HR governance frameworks.</p><p>The role focuses on executing OD initiatives, maintaining structure accuracy, supporting KPI architecture, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and operational HR systems</p><p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES&ACTIVITIES</b></p><ul><li><b>1. Organizational Structure&Job Architecture</b></li><li>Maintain and update organizational charts across all departments.</li><li>Draft, review, and standardize job descriptions in line with approved structure.</li><li>Conduct job analysis interviews and documentation.</li><li>Ensure role clarity and reporting line accuracy.</li><li>Track structural changes and maintain version control documentation.</li><li><b>2. Performance Management System Execution</b></li><li>Support implementation of the annual performance cycle (goal setting, mid-year, final appraisal).</li><li>Ensure KPI templates are properly structured and aligned with corporate guidelines.</li><li>Monitor completion rates and follow up with departments.</li><li>Support calibration meetings preparation (data analysis&reporting).</li><li>Extract performance data and generate performance distribution reports.</li><li><b>3. KPI&BSC Support</b></li><li>Translate departmental objectives into structured KPI templates.</li><li>Validate SMART structure of KPIs.</li><li>Track KPI progress reporting cycles.</li><li>Consolidate departmental scorecards into corporate dashboards.</li><li>Support variance analysis reporting.</li><li><b>4. Workforce Planning&Manpower Tracking</b></li><li>Maintain headcount tracking files (approved vs actual vs budget).</li><li>Support annual manpower planning consolidation.</li><li>Prepare cost simulations for new roles or structure changes.</li><li>Monitor recruitment requests against approved structure.</li><li>Maintain workforce analytics dashboard.</li><li><b>5. Policy&Governance Documentation</b></li><li>Draft HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain policy master list and review calendar.</li><li>Ensure version control and document standardization.</li><li>Support compliance checks against labor law and internal standards.</li><li><b>6. HR Analytics&Reporting</b></li><li>Prepare monthly OD dashboards (turnover, performance, headcount, promotions).</li><li>Track engagement action plans implementation progress.</li><li>Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends.</li><li>Ensure HRIS data integrity in collaboration with HR Operations.</li><li><b>7. Project Management Support</b></li><li>Support OD-related transformation initiatives.</li><li>Prepare presentations and board-ready materials as assigned.</li><li>Coordinate workshops and cross-functional alignment meetings.</li><li>Track project timelines and milestone completion.</li></ul><p><b>REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE</b></p><p><b>Experience&qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in OD, HR analytics, or performance management roles.</li><li>Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and HR reporting.</li><li>Exposure to manpower planning and structure management preferred</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge&skills</b></p><ul><li>Organizational structure principles</li><li>KPI development basics</li><li>Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)</li><li>Data analysis&reporting</li><li>Documentation&policy drafting</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Project coordination skills</li><li>Professional communication</li><li>Confidentiality&integrity</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
