<div><p>The<b>Ansaldo Energia</b>Group is one of the world's leading power generation companies. Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.</p><h3>Position</h3><p>The candidate will join the team responsible of the organisational development and quality system, participating in the analysis and evaluation of organisational structures, business processes, roles and internal dynamics. He/she will help to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. He/she will collaborate with the company’s various departments to implement effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and promote business growth.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>In collaboration with the relevant departments supporting the analysis of the company’s organisational system, mapping processes, decision‑making flows and working methods, as well as identifying organisational inefficiencies, role overlaps and skills gaps;</li><li>Participating in organisational design and its implementation, ensuring the preparation of the necessary documentation (e.g. organisation charts, role models, policies, guidelines, processes, internal procedures, regulations, etc.), as well as reports and presentations for the management;</li><li>Collaborating for the definition and measurement of metrics (KPIs) for process monitoring;</li><li>Conducting quality system audits to support the organisation’s proper functioning and continuous improvement;</li><li>Contributing to the maintenance of certifications.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2–4 years’ relevant experience gained in corporate organisation and/or quality assurance</li><li>Good knowledge of organisational analysis methodologies</li><li>Good knowledge of process mapping techniques</li><li>Excellent ability to draft organisational documentation</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001</li><li>Excellent analytical and summarising skills</li><li>Excellent problem‑solving skills</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Results‑oriented</li><li>Able to work effectively in a team</li><li>Ability to work in complex and cross‑functional environments</li><li>Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken</li></ul><h3>Other information</h3><p>This announcement is addressed to candidates of both genders in accordance with the law (L.903/77)</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
