As an Oral Dental Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of patients’ oral health conditions to determine the need for surgical intervention.</li><li>Perform surgical procedures with precision, including tooth extractions, dental implants, and soft tissue surgeries.</li><li>Provide detailed pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and recovery processes.</li><li>Collaborate with dentists, dental hygienists, and other specialists to create cohesive treatment strategies for patients.</li><li>Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and surgical outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards.</li><li>Engage in ongoing education to remain current with best practices and advancements in the field of oral surgery.</li></ul><ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.</li><li>Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in a surgical or clinical setting.</li><li>Board certification in Oral Surgery is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated surgical expertise and patient-centered approach.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.</li><li>Current dental license in the relevant state with no restrictions.</li></ul><ul><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Training&Development</li><li>Performance Bonus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
