Job Description Hiring Oracle Procurement Lead for Product MNC !! As a hiring partner for many IT organizations we are hirinig below position as direct full time on the payroll of top product mnc. Role : Global Oracle Procurement Lead (O2C Competency Lead) Experience : 10-12 Yrs ( Relevant 8+ Yrs) Location : Bangalore or Chennai # key skills : Procure-2-Pay process & technology ownership,Lead Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation, End to End P2P operations,Maintain Oracle Procurement modules(purchase,supplier portal,sourcing,contract). Procurement operations,requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration,People management, RACI Matrix,Collaboration with Finance. # Responsibilities : The Global Procurement Lead will be responsible for: 1. Overall process and technology ownership for Procure-2-Pay process, 2. Lead Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation and optimization, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. 3. Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration. Implementation of Oracle functionalities and configure and maintain Oracle Procurement modules (Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts). 4. Develop and enforce procurement policies and compliance standards within Oracle systems. 5. Drive strategic sourcing initiatives using Oracle tools to achieve cost savings and supplier performance improvements. 6. Collaborate with finance and operations, to align procurement processes with organizational goals. 7. Monitor and analyze procurement data through Oracle reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities. 8. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Procurement functionalities. 9. Manage vendor onboarding and maintain supplier master data in Oracle systems. Implement new technology for verification and compliance. 10. Ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and system enhancements 11. Drive Business Process Excellence and improvement in process as designed in for processes and technology in conjunction with Global Process Owners (GPOs) programs, and country team. Seek continuous improvement and suggest process improvements where changes are required. 12. Responsible for creating a plan for decommissioning of applications and as Oracle Cloud program gets implemented. Evaluate and implement archiving solutions for the country applications and work with Country IT and Global technology organization, as Oracle Cloud is implemented. 13. Organize regular Project Review meetings and furnish status reports to internal ManpowerGroup management (Business, technology, and operations) on progress of the program, and highlight risks, issues and impediments to the project execution. 14. Assess feedback from internal customers and (proactively) identify issues, provide resolution and execute resolution with 3rd service provider. 15. Manage a team of functional and process experts to implement and support technology and processes.
