Oracle HRMS Consultant (Oil & Gas – Temporary Position)Key Result AreasActively engage and support HR in business process workshops and conference room pilot sessionsConduct gap analysis of current processes versus recommended processesMake suggestions for viable workarounds to suit HR business process within standard Oracle functionalitySupport the HR customization recommendation process and document requirementsReview and assess vendor delivery of developed customizationsReview and approve all documentation prior to the SME’sLead the User Acceptance Testing prior to the SME’sManage and arrange the HR and Business User Training functionDocument sound recommendations for interfaces with other systemsAssist managing user expectations within the HR DepartmentLead an organization wide change management initiative for the ERP project.
