About the job Oracle HCM Team Leader 151573Role OverviewThe Oracle HCM Team Leader will lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Human Capital Management implementations, oversee solution design, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across all HCM modules. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on expert with strong leadership, communication, and functional skills across Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Learning Management, and Recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements GatheringConduct detailed requirement‑gathering sessions with business users.Analyze processes and translate them into functional specifications.Solution & Design DocumentationPrepare high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs), setup documents, BR100s, MD50s, and future‑state process flows.Lead the HCM functional team during implementations, upgrades, and support cycles.Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.Implementation ExpertiseDeliver and support at least six (6) full‑cycle Oracle EBS HCM implementations covering major modules.Module ExpertiseProvide expert‑level guidance and hands‑on configuration for:Core HROracle PayrollSelf Service HR (SSHR)Learning Management (OLM)iRecruitment / RecruitingMobile Applications for HCMStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary functional point of contact for HR, IT, and leadership teams.Communicate project status, risks, and solution effectively.Quality Assurance & TestingLead SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Develop test scripts and ensure resolution of defects.Training & Knowledge TransferConduct end‑user training, prepare user manuals, and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.Post-Go-Live SupportProvide hypercare support, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure smooth operation of HCM modules.Required Qualifications & Experience8–12 years of experience with Oracle EBS HCM applications.Minimum of 6 full‑cycle implementations with strong involvement in requirements, design, testing, and go‑live.Deep expertise in Payroll, Core HR, HR Self Service, Learning Management, Recruiting, and related modules.Strong experience with Oracle HCM mobile applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills.Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi‑module HCM projects.Ability to produce high‑quality documentation and drive solution design workshops.Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Preferred SkillsExperience with integrations between HCM modules and Finance, SCM, or external systems.Knowledge of Oracle Alerts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and Workflow.Ability to analyze and diagnose complex software issues to ensure optimal performance.Experience developing remediation strategies to resolve application challenges.Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.Ability to document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.#J-18808-Ljbffr
