Oracle HCM Consultant - E-Business Suite (EBS)

Müller's Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Oracle HCM EBS (Human Capital Management - E-Business Suite) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM EBS solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Oracle HCM EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance ManagementGather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HCM solutions that fit their needsCustomize and configure Oracle HCM EBS modules to integrate with existing HR systems and processesConduct testing and validation of HCM solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and compliance requirementsProvide training and support to end-users and HR teams on the effective use of Oracle HCM EBSMonitor and resolve issues related to HCM functionality, performance, and user experienceStay informed about new Oracle HCM EBS features and best practices to maximize system capabilitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall HR service deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM EBS implementations or in a similar capacityStrong understanding of Oracle HCM EBS modules and functionalitiesExperience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM applicationsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client‑specific requirementsProficient in business process analysis and performance improvement methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyOracle HCM certifications are a plusBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageExciting projects and innovative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
