Oracle Finance Consultant EBS

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant to support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 Financials within a complex enterprise environment. The role involves implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of core financial modules while working closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Configure financial setups such as:Chart of AccountsLedgers and legal entitiesMulti‑org and multi‑currency structuresBanks, payment methods, and receipt classesHandle functional issues, incident resolution, and user queries inline with SLAs.Support testing activities (SIT, UAT) and assist with go‑live and post‑go‑live support.Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, configuration documents, and user guides.Coordinate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, data migration, and enhancements.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial best practices.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials.Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.Experience supporting implementation and/or production support environments.Solid understanding of financial processes such as:Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Ability to work closely with finance users and business stakeholders.Strong documentation and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in government or regulated environments.Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is an advantage.Basic understanding of Oracle EBS technical concepts (interfaces, reports, APIs).Oracle Financials certification is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsStakeholder management and user support capabilityAttention to detail and audit readinessAbility to work in structured, enterprise ERP environmentsWhy Join?Exposure to complex finance operations and compliance‑driven projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
