The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services including performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, prescribing corrective lenses, and educating patients about vision health.The right candidate should have a degree in optometry or a related field and be licensed to practice optometry in Dibba-El-Fujairah. We are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience. Salary is negotiable depending on experience but is expected to be around 1000 AED per month.Specific responsibilities include:• Performing comprehensive eye exams, including refraction and prescribing corrective lenses as needed• Diagnosing and treating vision conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, conjunctivitis, macular degeneration, and dry eye syndrome• Maintaining patient records• Advising patients on the use of contact lenses• Educating patients about general eye health• Examining eyes for signs of injury or disease• Evaluating the overall visual health of patients• Referring patients to other healthcare providers when necessaryThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about helping people maintain optimum eye health.
