Operator (rfcc)

Primary Purpose of the JobRequires high‑level judgment to support supervisory decisions.Coordinates across multiple units under tight timelines.Exposure to toxic gases, high temperatures, and emergency conditions.Works 12‑hour rotating shifts including nights and holidays.Maintains continuous situational awareness across shift roles.Required Experience and SkillsMinimum Experience:8 years refinery/chemical plant operations experience.3 years as Senior Operator or equivalent.Skills / Competencies:Strong panel operation and troubleshooting capability.Ability to read and integrate multiple shift logs and datasets.Ability to act in supervisory capacity when delegated.High safety awareness and compliance discipline.Strong communication and coordination skills. Good oral and reading knowledge of English.Competent with APC, RIS, LIMS, DCS, SAP.Certified in Firefighting, First Aid, BA/H₂S.Educational QualificationsHigher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.HNC/Technical Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering preferred.
