Were looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Operator - Mobile Crane (50 Ton) to join our operations team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for operating and maneuvering mobile cranes on construction and industrial sites ensuring all lifts are executed safely efficiently and in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail strong analytical abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards on every project.Operate 50-ton mobile cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with established safety protocols and operational proceduresConduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment hydraulic systems and safety mechanisms to ensure optimal functionalityAnalyze load specifications site conditions and rigging requirements to determine appropriate lifting techniques and positioningCommunicate effectively with ground personnel riggers and site supervisors to coordinate lifts and ensure safe executionMaintain detailed logs of equipment operation maintenance records and daily activitiesAdhere to all local regulations company policies and industry safety standards throughout all operationsIdentify and report equipment malfunctions maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisory personnelPerform routine maintenance tasks and equipment checks as requiredRespond promptly to emergency situations and implement appropriate corrective actionsCollaborate with team members to optimize site efficiency and project timelinesQualifications : Valid mobile crane operator license/certification (50-ton capacity or equivalent) required for UAE operationsMinimum 3-5 years of professional experience operating mobile cranes on construction or industrial sitesComprehensive knowledge of load calculations rigging techniques and crane safety protocolsStrong understanding of equipment inspection procedures and preventive maintenance practicesProficiency in reading technical drawings load charts and site plansExcellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining focus on safetyStrong communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrated commitment to safety compliance and incident preventionPhysical capability to perform duties in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsProblem-solving abilities and attention to detailPreferred: Experience with multiple crane types and advanced rigging operationsPreferred: Knowledge of local UAE construction standards and regulationsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Apprentice,Customer Service,Help Desk,Art & Design,Environment Health And Safety Experience: years Vacancy: 1
