Job Description
The Operations & Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for the overall operational management ofBaraha Town , ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations while maintaining strong tenant relationships, high occupancy levels, and excellent service standards. The role oversees facilities management, service providers, compliance, and tenant satisfaction to ensure efficient property performance and a positive community environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Baraha Town, ensuring smooth functioning of residential, retail, and common areas in alignment with the direction of the General Manager.Implement approved operational plans, policies, and procedures to maintain service standards, efficiency, and asset performance.Supervise facilities management activities, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively executed and infrastructure reliability is maintained.Manage and monitor third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and reporting performance outcomes.Prepare and recommend annual operational budgets for review and approval; monitor expenditure and control costs within approved limits.Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.Oversee tenant lifecycle management, including onboarding, renewals, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution, safeguarding lease integrity and community standards.Promote tenant satisfaction and retention initiatives, while escalating significant disputes or legal matters.Coordinate with finance on rent collection follow-ups and provide regular updates on occupancy, tenant performance, and operational matters.Prepare periodic operational and tenant performance reports for submission to the General Manager, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement recommendations.Lead and supervise onsite staff and service teams, setting performance expectations and ensuring adherence to service standards.Support the General Manager in implementing strategic initiatives, improvement projects, and business continuity plans for Baraha Town.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in property operations and tenant relations.Experience in mixed-use developments preferred.Strong knowledge of facilities management and lease administration.Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.Budget management experience.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
