OverviewRole : Operations Specialist CheckerLocation : Al AinRole Purpose:Ensure accurate screening of alerts in digital onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesEnsure alerts are adequately reviewed and analyzed prior to discounting or escalating to L3 for GCD reviewEnsure discounting of alerts is done as per GCD guidelines/PolicyEnsure transactions are reviewed/actioned as per TATRemain current and UpToDate in terms of changes in Policy and guidelines published by GCDEnsure all mandatory trainings and Regulatory training sessions are attended and assessments completed on timeEnsure access to sensitive customer data remains restrictedReview alerts and take appropriate decision as per SOP and Policy guidelinesEnsure adherence to TATHelp the makers understand the error/impact in case of error/ambiguityMaintain a log of errors for trainingsReport incidents in GRC on timely basis as per PolicyEnsures adherence to assigned KPIsUpdate Daily MIS for analysis and Team Leader/Managers reviewTimely reporting/logging of system issuesUndertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirementSpecialist Skills / Technical KnowledgeRequired Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
